In the VERKEHRSBUERO TRAVEL division, Ruefa is committed to comprehensive sustainability measures. These include waste reduction concepts in branches, re- and upcycling concepts for renovations and new designs, as well as careful selection of cooperation partners. Additionally, a comprehensive training program equips Ruefa employees to provide advice on tailored, sustainable travel solutions. At our Eurotours office in Kitzbühel, recycling, energy, and water-saving measures are standard practice. A photovoltaic system with 240 modules covers up to 40% of electricity needs, with excess energy fed back into the grid.
Across all locations, we prioritize waste reduction, recycling, and water-saving measures and support sustainable mobility for our employees through bike leasing. Our headquarter, the “Home of Travel” in Vienna, has been awarded LEED Gold certification, an internationally recognized mark of excellence in green building.
